New Metaswitch Traffic Reports

Manage your all of your traffic needs with our eTraffic system

Cordell’s eTraffic has been designed to function in both single and multiple switch type environments. This allows the customer flexibility as networks grow and more switches are added. This is especially important when incorporating soft switch technology. Cordell’s e Traffic consists of a main Windows server for report generation and a second EMS/ISD4000 Series II server where data is transferred to the server to automatically build CSV files and subsequent processing for summation and reporting. In larger networks, multiple ISD4000 may be required for data collection for polling at a later date. Data is stored in multiple locations for up to a year.

The user establishes traffic package parameters in the switch and sets up a serial link to direct the traffic data to a Cordell ISD4000 Series II. The switch will automatically generate a traffic report at scheduled intervals and send it to the ISD4000 for storage. Stored traffic data can be forwarded automatically to an IP address or it can be retrieved. The user establishes whether data is retrieved continuously, daily or periodically.

Cordell’s personnel will accompany each system for assistance in set-up, training and report generation. As with all Cordell equipment, we have a team of support people for all of our products.
